By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge our strict Replacement-Only Policy. Cash, crypto, or fiat refunds are not provided for delivered products. Temporary method downtimes, supplier restocks, or post-claim platform bans do not entitle you to a cash refund or immediate cancellation. Certain items in our catalog carry specific sourcing conditions that supersede our standard replacement protocols.
We provide a set warranty duration for ChatGPT FA accounts, during which we will resolve issues and replace defective accounts. However, because these specific accounts are procured through a long-term, trusted third-party supplier rather than generated internally, this warranty is contingent upon the supplier's active operation.
Supplier Liability Void: In the highly unlikely event of a supplier default or exit scam, Ordexa cannot honor further warranties or replacements for these accounts.
Transparency Guarantee: To prove the legitimacy of a supplier failure and protect our customers, if such an event occurs, we will immediately place the product "On Hold" and permanently halt all storefront sales for that item.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban users who exhibit suspicious purchasing behavior, utilize payment proxies, or violate these terms.
